"The Man" Dave Scott Finishes the 2011 SavageMan Triathlon 70.0
Triathlon legend and six-time Hawaii Ironman World Champion, Dave Scott, known simply as "The Man", completed the SavageMan 70.0 at Deep Creek Lake State Park on September 18.
Although Dave Scott was unsuccessful in clearing the Westernport Wall and earning his brick, "The Man" went on to reaffirm his legendary status by completing the SavageMan 70.0 in an amazing 6th place overall and 5:07:40 at 57 years old.
"Brutal", "unforgiving", "relentless", and "amazing" were some of the adjectives used by Dave to describe his SavageMan experience. Dave, we're honored you joined us and glad we made the experience memorable for you!
